Infocision Management Corporation
2005-11 – 2010-12
Lead Software Engineer
I assumed the role of providing technical vision and guidance to the core infrastructure software development team. Our responsibilities encompassed a diverse range of applications, spanning from legacy VB6 Windows Forms applications to backend SQL Server processes, ASMX/WCF services, and ASP.NET 3.5 interfaces. My team was tasked with the development and support of payment systems tailored for donations, as well as the creation of customized websites for confidential clients.

Noteworthy Achievements:
•
Concerto: Orchestrated the development of "Concerto," InfoCision's proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This system adhered to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and followed SCRUM/Agile methodology. It effectively managed all metadata related to InfoCision's clients and their calling files, relying on a tech stack comprising ASP.NET 2.0-3.5, AJAX, jQuery, and SQL Server 2005-2008.
•
Sales File Process: Implemented a publisher-subscriber model system to optimize the processing of sales file records, streamlining the process using .NET 3.5 C# and MSMQ. This innovation significantly reduced the time required to move and process records from our various call centers to the reporting groups, achieving an impressive average processing time of 10 seconds per record, down from the previous 3 minutes.
